Ms. McMahon has a longstanding interest in the natural world. She and several associates own 400 acres in Klamath County that they are conserving and restoring for wildlife habitat. Crystal serves on the Board of Directors for two regional non-profit organizations- Lomakatsi Restoration Project and Klamath Lake Land Trust.
Allyson Morrison joined Options for Southern Oregon in September 2016 as a Statewide Trainer with the Oregon Supported Employment team. Allyson received her Bachelor of Science in International Business from Elizabethtown College in 2010. She has been working in the mental health field since 2009 and with the IPS Supported Employment model as an Employment Specialist and an IPS Supervisor since 2010. Allyson has a longstanding interest in social services and rural communities.
Tammy Guest joined OSECE in June 2014 in her current role as an IPS Statewide Trainer with the OSECE team. Tammy has a Master’s Degree in Community Counseling and over 17 years of experience working with adults with disabilities. Prior to working for OSECE, Tammy worked as a Supported Employment Team Lead and an IPS Employment Specialist for over 6 years. She has been involved with some aspect of employment services for people with disabilities for the majority of her career. In 2014, she was appointed to the State Rehabilitation Council by Governor Kitzhaber. She was also chosen to represent Oregon in the Criminal History/Expert Employment Specialist research project with Dartmouth College in 2009-2010. In 2009, Tammy successfully spearheaded a petition to the Oregon Employment Department to reinstate the Federal Bonding Program after it had been inactive for almost 15 years. Tammy is passionate about advocating for people with mental illness and she has seen firsthand how the IPS Supported Employment model changes lives for the better!
