Ms. McMahon has a longstanding interest in the natural world. She and several associates own 400 acres in Klamath County that they are conserving and restoring for wildlife habitat. Crystal serves on the Board of Directors for two regional non-profit organizations- Lomakatsi Restoration Project and Klamath Lake Land Trust.
Allyson Morrison joined Options for Southern Oregon in September 2016 as a Statewide Trainer with the Oregon Supported Employment team. Allyson received her Bachelor of Science in International Business from Elizabethtown College in 2010. She has been working in the mental health field since 2009 and with the IPS Supported Employment model as an Employment Specialist and an IPS Supervisor since 2010. Allyson has a longstanding interest in social services and rural communities.
Vanessa Taylor joined Options for Southern Oregon in April of 2017 in her current role as a Statewide Trainer. Vanessa received her Bachelor of Education in Family and Human Services from the University of Oregon in 2009 and has been working in the education and mental health fields since. She pioneered the development of the Supported Education program at Jackson County as well as implemented the fidelity model as a Supported Education Specialist. Vanessa is a certified facilitator in both Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) and Youth Mental Health First Aid. She is passionate about wellness as well as supporting individuals in both education and employment goals.
