The OSECE Team is excited to announce the 2019 OSECE IPS Supported Employment and Education Conference! Please review the information below for more information about this year’s conference and location.

Dates:

Main Conference: October 9 – 10, 2019.

Supervisor Session: October 8, 2019 from 12:00-5pm.

GUEST ROOM RATES:
Your group rate is $109 or the prevailing government per diem (currently at $94) for guests who present valid Government ID at check-in. Rates   are exclusive of Ashland city hotel tax (currently at 11.8%). Rates are for single and double occupancy. Please add $10 per additional person. A   housekeeping gratuity of $1 per room per night is included in your room rate. Rates are non-commissionable.

CUT-OFF DATE: Reservations must be received by Friday, September 6th, 2019. After this date, our room block will be released for general sale.   The Hotel will accept reservations at your group rate after this cut-off date based upon availability.

Individuals will make their own reservations by calling the Hotel directly at 541.482.8310 or toll free 855.482.8310. Be sure they indicate the   name of the group when booking.
